WYSE International proudly contributed to the development of a modern Academic Block located in Mirpur, AJK, by delivering an integrated suite of services including BIM modeling, construction planning and scheduling, cost estimation, and technical drafting. The Academic Block was designed to serve as a high-functioning, multi-disciplinary educational facility—featuring lecture halls, faculty offices, labs, and collaborative learning spaces. As an institutional development in a geographically sensitive region, the project demanded thorough planning, resource management, and coordination among all stakeholders to ensure both structural integrity and long-term operational efficiency.
WYSE International’s digital-first methodology enabled a transparent and highly coordinated construction process. Our team leveraged the latest tools in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create a centralized design environment that minimized design conflicts and provided a clear execution roadmap.
