
Construction of Watermains, Gas Mains, Sanitary Sewers, Storm Drainage Pipes, and Precast Concrete Chambers
This report outlines the construction project for the installation of watermains, gas mains, sanitary sewers, storm drainage pipes, and precast concrete chambers. The project aims to provide essential utilities and infrastructure to a new development area, ensuring efficient water distribution, waste disposal, and drainage systems.
Watermains: 16” and 8” diameter watermains will be installed to provide a reliable water supply to the new development.
Gas Mains: A 24” diameter gas main will be constructed to supply natural gas for residential and commercial use.
Sanitary Sewers: 18” diameter sanitary sewer pipes will be installed to collect and transport wastewater from the development to a treatment facility.
Storm Drainage Pipes: 18” diameter storm drainage pipes will be installed to collect and manage surface runoff from the development area.
Precast Concrete Chambers: Two precast concrete chambers will be constructed to provide access points and control flow within the sewer and drainage systems.
