and estimation services to support accurate execution and efficient
construction workflows throughout the project lifecycle.

Produced shop drawings for all structural elements, ensuring alignment with the architect’s design intent.
Created rebar detailing and bar‑bending schedules (BBS) using AutoCAD, CADS RC and Excel, optimised for automated rebar cutting and bending.
Coordinated with the structural engineer to verify reinforcement placement against load‑path requirements.
Bar Bending Schedules (BBS): Development of comprehensive bar bending schedules to optimize steel usage and support site execution.
Integrated the deliverables into the workflow to support quantity take‑offs and sequencing.
